You will play a key role in delivering into ▶Ambu◀’s ambitious growth agenda, and you will drive commercial performance by improving commercial processes and tools. You have experience in unleashing the value of CRM and you are now looking for an opportunity to shape a journey from the beginning in a dynamic environment where you contribute a critical piece of the puzzle.

As a Senior Sales Effectiveness Manager, you will report into the Senior Director, Commercial Excellence.

Key responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

· Define and prioritize highest value sales programs and segments, and ensure that execution can be driven effectively through the CRM system

· Prioritize commercial needs for the CRM system based on global sales engagement and drive the commercial agenda in improvement projects

· Drive definition of sales processes and business rules and anchor in the CRM system in collaboration with Sales and IT Commercial Platforms
