Job description
The job’s overall purpose is to drive revenue development and profitability across the region (primarily Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, Poland) and support several smaller markets within Europe and the Middle East in close collaboration with XO Certified Partners in the Area.

The business will be developed basen on an agreed business plan to ensure high end-customer satisfaction and partner engagement by coordinating all XO CARE activities in the Area - across sales, marketing and technical service.

This role has no managerial responsibility.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Planning and execution of sales activities in the area
  • Build and maintain a network of XO Certified Partners, hereunder training and co-visits
  • End-customer relations
  • Events and activities
  • Focused activities and contracts to dental chains (DSO´s)


Your profile
Critical experience:

  • Field sales experience of technical capital goods with a focus on selling through partners and influencing end-customer
  • A solid understanding of technical products and ability to promote these
  • Sales experience across European markets
